3 cups Cooked and ground Moose leftovers
3 tbsp Bacon fat
1 large Onion, chopped
2 large Diced potatoes
1 tb Flour
1 Clove garlic, minced
3 cups Beef broth
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tbsp. sage
Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add flour and make a roux:, add Moose, broth and other ingredients. Let simmer until tender.
